CGN Nuclear Technology Development Co., Ltd. (CGNNT) Personnel Adjustment

On July 29, CGNNT issued an announcement stating that the company received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Deng Xuefei, Deputy General Manager of the company, on July 28. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Deng Xuefei applied to resign from the position of Deputy General Manager and will no longer hold any position in the company after resignation. According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, Mr. Deng Xuefei's resignation report shall take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors, and his original term of office was scheduled to end on the date of expiration of the term of the 11th Board of Directors.
