Phase I of Jinjiang Ruisi Ke Particle Therapy Equipment Production Base Fully Operational

Recently, Phase I of the Ruisi Ke Advanced Particle Therapy Equipment Production Base for tumors, located in Dongshi Town, Jinjiang, Fujian, has been fully put into operation, marking new progress in the life and health industry sector of Quanzhou South Wing National High-Tech Zone. As the first launch project in the local effort to build the "China Nuclear Medicine Valley," this project is accelerating the clustering of the nuclear medical equipment industry chain.

It is understood that all four production workshops of Phase I of the Ruisi Ke production base have commenced operations, with a total floor area of nearly 30,000 square meters. Inside the workshops, relevant personnel are performing precision machining on core components of the proton therapy system. The base possesses research and development, production, and testing capabilities for proton therapy systems and boron neutron capture therapy systems, making it one of the few high-end nuclear medical equipment production bases in China with full-chain capabilities in these areas.

Su Xingkang, Chief Technology Officer of Fujian Ruisi Ke Medical Technology Co., Ltd., stated that the strong manufacturing foundation of Jinjiang and Quanzhou can provide supporting infrastructure for the precision production of core components of high-end medical equipment, as well as contribute to the supply of process R&D talent.

The project covers a total land area of approximately 133 mu, with a total floor area of about 110,000 square meters, and is being constructed in two phases. Since September 2025, the base has adopted a "construction while production" model, with the four workshops being completed and put into use successively. Multiple sets of proton therapy equipment and boron neutron capture therapy equipment have been assembled and produced, with some equipment already delivered to the Jinjiang Tumor Advanced Particle Therapy Demonstration Center.

Phase II of the project includes expert apartments, a corporate headquarters, a conference center, and three standardized production workshops, expected to be fully completed and delivered in September this year, with operation commencing by the end of the year. Su Xingkang noted that the company has made progress in market orders, with related projects in Gansu and Anhui having simultaneously started production. Currently, most raw material stocking and precision component production have begun, and it is expected that two more sets of proton therapy equipment and two sets of boron neutron capture therapy equipment will be produced and delivered by the end of this year.

Proton therapy and boron neutron capture therapy respectively address the treatment needs of conventional solid tumors and refractory or diffuse tumors, with the two being complementary. With the full operation of Phase I, Ruisi Ke will further leverage its role as a leading enterprise to attract upstream and downstream supporting enterprises to cluster, helping Quanzhou South Wing National High-Tech Zone develop the life and health industry.
