SNPAS Successfully Completes Batch Shipment of 45 Nuclear-Grade Paperless Recorders

On August 27, SNPAS successfully completed factory acceptance and shipment of 45 nuclear-grade paperless recorders. This batch delivery marks that the product has completed full-process technical iteration, with all production links across the entire chain moving toward standardization. Domestic nuclear-grade display and control equipment now possesses sustained and stable batch supply capability, with continuously growing market recognition.

The nuclear-grade paperless recorder is a core product of the high-reliability display and control platform based on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) architecture. The entire product operation process involves no CPU or operating system, fundamentally resolving the industry pain points of traditional display and control equipment, namely difficult operating system verification and vulnerability to virus attacks. It inherently features advantages such as virus resistance, no system freezes, instant startup, and fast response. The source code is fully self-controllable, supporting graphical secondary development and modular flexible expansion, enabling rapid development of serialized display and control equipment suitable for various scenarios. Adopting modular technology with IO expansion support, it achieves consumable-free high-precision data acquisition, storage, and full-chain traceability. Since being introduced to markets outside the group in 2024, cumulative supply has reached nearly 150 units. The sustained and stable batch delivery capability, coupled with proven quality under stringent nuclear power operating conditions, fully demonstrates the product's maturity and reliability.

This technological achievement has received authoritative recognition from the domestic industry. In June 2026, the Chinese Nuclear Society organized a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting. An expert panel comprising four academicians including Ye Qizhen and Yu Junchong, along with technical experts, unanimously concluded that the overall technology of this achievement has reached the internationally leading level. Additionally, the core technology of this achievement has won multiple honors including the Second Prize of the Shanghai Outstanding Invention Selection Competition, the First Prize of the National Power Industry Management Innovation Achievement Award, and the Power Industry High-Value Patent Award, receiving full recognition from industry authorities.

Currently, nuclear-grade paperless recorders have been widely applied in display and control scenarios within the nuclear power engineering field. In the next step, while ensuring stable delivery of existing orders, the company will leverage this technological achievement as its core, actively expand markets in high-end industrial fields such as nuclear power and comprehensive nuclear energy utilization, break through scenario and customer limitations, continuously deliver domestically produced high-reliability solutions, and empower digital and intelligent upgrades across more industrial scenarios.
