Harbin Electric Group and CGN Hold Talks to Deepen Cooperation on Digital Nuclear Power and Major Equipment Projects

Recently, Liu Qingyong, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Harbin Electric Group, warmly received Pang Songtao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of CGN, and his delegation. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on serving national strategies and deepening industrial cooperation.

Liu Qingyong extended a warm welcome to Pang Songtao and his delegation, expressed gratitude for CGN's long-standing trust and support for Harbin Electric Group, and introduced the company's production and operation, industrial layout, and execution of key projects. He stated that Harbin Electric Group and CGN have maintained close cooperation and a solid foundation over the years in areas such as technological innovation, equipment development, and new energy. He expressed the hope that both sides, with the goal of serving the construction of an energy-strong nation, would continue to deepen strategic synergy, technological innovation, and project cooperation, continuously expand the space for collaboration, and jointly contribute greater strength to the development of the nation's energy sector.

Pang Songtao expressed gratitude for Harbin Electric Group's consistent support and assistance to CGN, congratulated Harbin Electric Group on its achievements in recent years, and introduced the company's "15th Five-Year Plan" industrial planning and technological innovation. He stated that Harbin Electric Group and CGN share a solid foundation for cooperation and broad prospects. He expressed the hope that both sides would further strengthen coordination and cooperation, actively promote the deep integration of technological and industrial innovation, and carry out deeper cooperation in areas such as digital nuclear power and major project construction, jointly writing a new chapter of development during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period.

During the meeting, the two sides signed a quality responsibility commitment letter for first-unit equipment. After the meeting, Pang Songtao and his delegation also visited the production sites of Harbin Electric Group's Turbine Company and Electric Machinery Company.
