Beijing Nuclear Industry Hospital and Aviation General Hospital Hold Nursing Academic Exchange Focusing on Nuclear Medicine Specialty Nursing and Continuous Home-Based Care

On August 21, Beijing Nuclear Industry Hospital, in collaboration with Aviation General Hospital, held a nursing academic exchange meeting. Nursing management teams, nursing backbone staff and related professionals from both hospitals attended the meeting, engaging in exchanges on humanistic nursing development, the "Internet+" continuous home-based care service model, and nuclear medicine specialty nursing, exploring practical pathways for high-quality development of nursing services.

Jin Congjun, Vice President of Beijing Nuclear Industry Hospital, introduced the hospital's development overview in his speech and welcomed the visiting nursing expert team from Aviation General Hospital. He expressed his hope to leverage this exchange as an opportunity to establish a regular learning platform, promote mutual learning and complementarity between the two sides, and jointly enhance nursing service capabilities.

Wang Xiaoying, Director of the Nursing Department at Aviation General Hospital, led the delegation and delivered a speech. She expressed her expectation that through this seminar and exchange, both sides could share nursing management and clinical practice experience, jointly study difficult issues in nursing development, promote resource interconnection and complementary advantages, and drive enterprise hospital nursing work toward high-quality and distinctive development.

During the academic exchange session, Wu Wangxiao, Director of the Nursing Department at Beijing Nuclear Industry Hospital; Bai Jing, Head Nurse of the Nuclide Diagnosis and Treatment Center; and nursing experts Meng Aiyi and Shi Wenlei from Aviation General Hospital, shared insights on topics including nursing management experience, nuclear medicine specialty nursing, continuous home-based care models from the perspective of digital healthcare, and the "361° Humanistic Nursing" brand development. Participants, drawing on their respective hospital nursing practices, reviewed work highlights, analyzed existing shortcomings, and discussed issues such as improving nursing quality and efficiency, specialty capacity building, and nursing brand development.

This exchange provided a platform for resource sharing and experience mutual learning between the nursing teams of the two hospitals, and further broadened the professional horizons of nursing staff. Beijing Nuclear Industry Hospital stated that it will continue to promote the application of exchange outcomes, continuously consolidate specialty nursing capabilities, optimize clinical nursing services, and emphasize humanistic care while enhancing professional standards, so as to provide patients with safer and higher-quality nursing services.
