Chernyshenko noted that many Russian universities are cultivating engineering and technical talent for Vietnam's economic development. In March this year, Russia and Vietnam signed an intergovernmental agreement on the construction of Vietnam's first nuclear power plant. He said the project will provide important support for cooperation in related fields, high-tech industries, and basic and applied scientific research.
