"1455" System Officially Goes Live at SPIC Zhanjiang Nuclear Power

The "1455" project is the abbreviated name of the SPIC Group's "1455" World-Class Financial Management System Construction Project. Built on SAP ERP as its foundation, with treasury management as the breakthrough point and contracts as the main thread, the "1455" project adopts a strategy of "pilot rooms first, then full-scale rollout," leveraging digital and intelligent empowerment and value-driven approaches to comprehensively achieve business-finance integration and drive the Group's overall digital and intelligent transformation and upgrade.

In accordance with the Group's unified deployment, on August 8, the "1455" system was officially launched at Zhanjiang Nuclear Power. The company's core business modules including finance, materials, projects, and contracts have been formally migrated to this platform for daily operations, marking a new milestone in the company's business-finance integration and digital management capabilities, injecting strong digital and intelligent momentum for the Group's "balanced growth strategy" to take root and deliver results in Zhan.

System Switchover Complete, Framework Put into Operation

On July 28, Zhanjiang Nuclear Power successfully completed the full-process switchover of the "1455" system, ranking among the top six among the SPIC Group's Batch A go-live units, and passed the Group's overall review in a single attempt, confirming the system's readiness for operation.

On August 8, the system was officially launched in accordance with the Group's unified deployment, with all core business modules activated simultaneously, fully undertaking daily operations such as real business transaction processing, financial voucher generation, and approval workflow routing, achieving digitalized, standardized, and integrated management of core businesses.

Concerted Efforts to Overcome Challenges, Solid Progress in Implementation

Strengthened overall coordination, with Party building leading the way in pooling strength. The Party Committee of Zhanjiang Nuclear Power has consistently upheld the Party's leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle. Under the direct deployment and frontline command of the company's top leadership, unified thinking was achieved across all staff from a strategic height. A joint Party member vanguard team for the "1455" rollout and implementation project was established, operating with clear battle plans and unified coordination, fully leveraging the guiding spirit of Party building and the exemplary role of Party members, making Party building the most solid "red engine" driving project progress.

Improved institutional safeguards, with closed-loop management ensuring implementation. A weekly meeting coordination mechanism led by the Chief Accountant was established, with 21 meetings convened in total to continuously track progress on key tasks and coordinate cross-team business challenges, ensuring issues were not accumulated and progress was not interrupted. Throughout the project, over 14,000 items of business data were collected, cleaned, and validated, laying a solid foundation for smooth business operations after system go-live.

Assembled professional teams, with business backbone personnel tackling key challenges. More than 20 key users and business backbone staff were selected from various departments, forming 9 business teams that successively conducted intensive work sessions in Rongcheng and Beijing, with full participation in requirements review, blueprint design, multiple rounds of testing, and go-live switchover at all critical milestones. They effectively overcame challenges such as long project duration, extensive system scope, and strong business interconnectivity, using their expertise and dedication to bridge the "last mile" of system go-live.
