SNPAS Simulation Center Nuclear Power Simulator Team Awarded AAAA-Level Quality-Trustworthy Team in the Power Industry
On August 31, the China Water Conservancy and Electric Power Quality Management Association announced the results of the 2026 Power Industry Quality-Trustworthy Team Exchange and Evaluation. The Nuclear Power Simulator Team of the SNPAS Simulation Center stood out among numerous participating teams nationwide and was awarded the "AAAA-level Quality-Trustworthy Team".

The Power Industry Quality-Trustworthy Team Exchange and Evaluation organized by the China Water Conservancy and Electric Power Quality Management Association is a highly influential quality management team evaluation activity in the national power industry. The evaluation is conducted in accordance with the "Evaluation Criteria for the Construction of Quality-Trustworthy Teams in the Power Industry" (T/CEC 501-2021), comprehensively assessing core work such as safety production, quality management, customer service, innovation improvement, and standardization construction, with stringent review standards for the teams' comprehensive performance capabilities. This exchange and evaluation targets teams from various professional fields across the national power industry. Through stages including material review, results presentation, and expert comprehensive assessment, it conducts an overall evaluation of participating teams' quality management, standardization construction, capability improvement, and continuous improvement effectiveness, ultimately determining the awarded level.

Based on the actual work of full-scope simulator R&D, testing and verification, and engineering operation and maintenance, the Nuclear Power Simulator Team of the Simulation Center continuously improves the whole-process quality management mechanism, strengthening model development, system integration, testing and verification, and closed-loop management of deviations. Focusing on professional talent cultivation, the team organically combines "mentor-apprentice" programs, skills training, project practice, and technical research, continuously enhancing core capabilities in modeling, configuration, testing, and deviation handling. At the same time, the team strengthens the whole-process management of knowledge, models, and data, promoting the transformation of technical experience into standards and specifications, intellectual property, and engineering achievements, and continuously improving the quality of nuclear power simulator R&D and verification.
This AAAA-level Quality-Trustworthy Team award is a full recognition of the Nuclear Power Simulator Team's quality management and technological innovation capabilities. In the next step, the team will continue to strengthen quality management and core technology research, continuously enhance the independent R&D and engineering service capabilities of nuclear power simulators, and provide strong support for the company's high-quality development of nuclear power technology.
