Atom High-Tech Signs Memorandum of Cooperation with Cambodia's Calmette Hospital and Others to Advance Nuclear Medicine Capacity Building

On September 4, Atom High-Tech, Cambodia's Calmette Hospital, and FFS Company held a trilateral memorandum of cooperation signing ceremony in Beijing. Huo Yingying, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Isotope & Radiation Corporation (CIRC), attended and delivered a speech, while Zhang Yiming, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Atom High-Tech, signed on behalf of the company.

Established in 1950, Calmette Hospital is one of Cambodia's largest and most technologically advanced public hospitals and serves as a national referral center. It undertakes three core missions: delivering high-quality medical services, training health professionals, and conducting medical research. Currently, the hospital is actively advancing its nuclear medicine capacity by establishing the country's first nuclear medicine department, further improving its oncology diagnosis and treatment and molecular imaging service systems.

As a leading enterprise in China's radiopharmaceutical industry, Atom High-Tech possesses full-industry-chain advantages and solid innovative strength in radiopharmaceutical R&D, production, and nuclear medicine services, and will provide comprehensive support to the Cambodian side. The three parties will focus on practical cooperation in areas such as radiopharmaceutical supply, integrated iodine therapy solutions, and nuclear pharmacy operation support.

In her speech, Huo Yingying stated that this cooperation is a pragmatic move leveraging complementary strengths for mutual benefit and win-win outcomes. CIRC and Atom High-Tech attach great importance to cooperation with the Cambodian side and will fully respect Cambodia's regulatory framework and the hospital's development plans, providing comprehensive coordination in product supply, technical consultation, and operational support, and taking concrete actions to support the development of Cambodia's nuclear medicine diagnosis and treatment capabilities, striving to deliver cooperation outcomes to local patients and medical staff at the earliest opportunity.

This cooperation marks another significant step for Atom High-Tech in deepening its presence in the ASEAN market and advancing the "going global" strategy of the radiopharmaceutical industry. Atom High-Tech will continue to leverage its full-industry-chain advantages in the radiopharmaceutical field, actively expand overseas markets, and contribute "China's radiopharmaceutical solutions" to regional nuclear medicine development and public health and well-being.

Relevant leaders from CIRC's Market Development Department, Atom High-Tech's International Business Department, CNNC High Energy, CNNC Chengying, and CNNC Fuzhi attended the event together.
