On August 7, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan signed the Mutual Defense Agreement in Mecca, attended by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Turkish President Erdogan, and Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
