Russia begins implementation of agreement on small nuclear power plant construction in Myanmar
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said on August 18 during a meeting with Myanmar's President Min Aung Hlaing, who was visiting Russia, that Russia has begun implementing the agreement on constructing a small nuclear power plant in Myanmar.
