OECD Nuclear Energy Agency and the United States to Co-Host "New Nuclear Roadmap 2026" Conference
The OECD Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) and the United States will co-host the New Nuclear Roadmap 2026 conference on September 17-18, 2026, in Paris, France. The conference will bring together ministers, senior government representatives, industry leaders, investors, experts, and relevant stakeholders to discuss the policy, industrial, and financial conditions required for the large-scale deployment of new nuclear capacity. U.S. Secretary of Energy Chris Wright stated that the world needs more energy and that nuclear energy will play an important role in addressing this demand.
