CFHI and Shanghai Electric Hold Talks to Advance Cooperation in Nuclear Power Equipment and Other Fields
On August 17, Lu Zhiqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China First Heavy Industries (CFHI), met with Wu Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shanghai Electric Group, and his delegation at CFHI. Jingye Intelligent recently disclosed that it has completed a capital increase to take a controlling stake in Hefei Zhenggeng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hefei Zhenggeng").
