Terra Innovatum Selected for Global X Uranium ETF Tracking Nuclear Index, Microreactor SOLO™ Gains Passive Fund Exposure
Terra Innovatum Global N.V. (NASDAQ: NKLR), a Netherlands-registered micro modular reactor developer, will be included in the Solactive Global Uranium & Nuclear Components Total Return Index effective from the market open on August 3, 2026 — the benchmark tracked by the Global X Uranium ETF (NYSE Arca: URA, with over $5 billion in assets under management), taking effect with Solactive's periodic rebalancing. Co-founder and CEO Alessandro Petruzzi stated that this enables passive/thematic investors to directly access its SOLO™ microreactor story through the index, alongside Cameco, Kazatomprom, Centrus, Oklo, NuScale, X-energy, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and others in the nuclear fuel cycle and reactor development tier.

Terra Innovatum's core product is the SOLO™ micro modular reactor, with a single-module electrical output of 1 MWe, claimed to be based on commercially available components, compatible with both LEU+ and HALEU fuel, targeting commercial deployment within approximately 3 years; positioned for behind-the-meter data centers, off-grid remote communities, industrial electricity/heat for steel, mining, cement, oil and gas, seawater desalination, cogeneration, medical isotopes, and other applications, with multi-module configurations capable of delivering 1 GWe or more of zero-carbon output. The company stated that the timing of the inclusion aligns with the carbon-free electricity demand driven by AI infrastructure and industrial electrification, helping to amplify institutional and retail exposure ahead of first-of-a-kind (FOAK) deployment.
This inclusion does not change the company's fundamentals, but places the "1 MWe microreactor + HALEU/LEU+ dual compatibility" asset into the passive buying pool of major nuclear ETFs such as URA, resonating with the recent wave of capital market repricing of "nuclear supply chain + SMR/microreactor" names including BWXT, Standard Nuclear, and X-energy; index constituent criteria still require liquidity and compliance thresholds, and Terra Innovatum's status as a NASDAQ-listed entity satisfies the rebalancing conditions, which does not imply that SOLO™ has obtained regulatory certification or order backing.
