On September 29, the First Inspection Team of the Party Leadership Group of CNNC fed back the inspection situation to the Party Committee of China Baoyuan. Wang Xuejun, member of the Party Leadership Group and Chief Accountant of CNNC, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Li Kaiming, head of the First Inspection Team of the Party Leadership Group of CNNC, fed back inspection opinions. Wang Xuejun emphasized that China Baoyuan should thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on inspection work, uphold the consciousness of turning the blade inward, shoulder the responsibility of confronting problems head-on, and strictly and practically advance all tasks of inspection rectification. Taking inspection rectification as a new starting point, create a new atmosphere of loyalty, cleanliness, and responsibility, achieve new accomplishments in high-quality development, and with tangible rectification results and hard work achievements of responsibility and progress, strive to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of the group company.

Wang Xuejun put forward three requirements for doing a good job in inspection rectification work:

First, improve political standing and deeply grasp the political nature and practical significance of inspection rectification.China Baoyuan is the asset management platform of the group company, with an important position and major responsibilities. The Party Committee of China Baoyuan should view inspection rectification from the political height of upholding the "Two Establishments" and achieving the "Two Upholds," keep the country's great interests in mind, deeply understand the extreme importance of inspection rectification, eliminate the "passing the test" mentality, and plan the inspection rectification together with consolidating and expanding the achievements of learning and education and establishing long-term mechanisms. Continue to exert efforts in fulfilling the responsibilities and missions entrusted by the group company, persist in deepening the comprehensive strict governance of the Party, take initiative in preventing and resolving major risks, and truly achieve promoting governance, promoting action, and promoting development through rectification.

Second, persist in confronting problems head-on in rectification and do a good job in the "second half of the article" of inspection.The Party Committee of China Baoyuan should firmly establish the sobriety and determination of "always on the road," adopt normalized and long-term measures, and continuously deepen rectification. Taking inspection rectification as an opportunity, integrate comprehensive strict governance of the Party into daily work and grasp it at the grassroots level, promote the deepening and solidification of Party governance, and cultivate a clean and upright political ecology. Taking inspection rectification as the driving force, deepen the implementation of performance excellence standards, promote the concrete implementation of the "three centers," continuously improve corporate governance efficiency, and consolidate the governance foundation for high-quality development. Third, compact rectification responsibilities at every level and promote the implementation of all rectification tasks in a closed loop, thoroughly and effectively.The Party Committee of China Baoyuan should shoulder the main responsibility for inspection rectification, apply the "one matter" full-chain closed-loop management approach, implement full-level penetrating supervision, establish and strengthen the rectification promotion mechanism, firmly shoulder the responsibility of the Party Committee Secretary as the "first responsible person," refine the "one post, dual responsibilities" of team members, compact the supervision responsibility of the Discipline Inspection Commission, ensure responsibility is transmitted at every level and carried through to the end, and build a strong disciplinary guarantee for inspection rectification work.
